Safety first
Mimo's mugs and bowls are food, drink, dishwasher, microwave and extreme heat safe with some considerations.
We recommend using gentle detergents and running the dishwasher on a light cycle for the best results. Stoneware products are more chip-resistant, but still you’ll want to be sure not to overload the dishwasher to prevent pieces from touching. Avoid rinse aids, which may damage your stoneware’s glaze.
Avoid shocking the temperature of any ceramics from cold to hot – or vice versa. Stoneware naturally withstands heat, but sudden temperature changes crack your beloved Heath pieces.
Shipping cost:
Mimo pottery ships WORLDWIDE. Postage is calculated at checkout and is dependent on the country it is being sent to.
*Please Note: Mimo pottery is not responsible for any customs, import or administrate fees that may apply in your country. The customer is responsible for their package, if returned to sender (marked as unclaimed or incorrect address) Mimo pottery does not offer free shipping back to the customer
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Mimo pottery is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, however, we will do everything we can to track down the parcel.
By shopping at Mimo pottery you agree to all store terms and conditions.
Dispatch time:
We currently have postal runs once a week. Please get in touch before placing your order if you’d like something sent more urgently.
Delivery times displayed at the checkout are subject to change and include handling times. You'll receive an email once your item(s) have been shipped.
Return:
In the event you’re unhappy with your order:
Please get in touch within 48hrs of receiving your items. Email us at mimopottery@gmail.com or use the ‘contact’ form found on our website.
We’ll happily accept returns, but you are responsible for the safe delivery of items back to our studio. All returns must be made within 5 days from your receipt of goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in the original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once confirmed, we recommend sending your order back to us insured and with tracking, and that you obtain proof of postage.
*We cannot be held liable for return orders lost or damaged within the postal system.
Custom orders are non - returnable, but please always get in touch with us ASAP and we’ll work together to make things right.
Once your return is received, we will issue a refund in the original payment method that was used to purchase the piece. Please allow up to 15 days for your refund to process.
Regrettably, we are unable to refund original shipping cost.
Damaged goods:
Your satisfaction & happiness with your order means everything to us - please let us put things right!
On the rare occasion your order reaches you in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 48hrs of receipt. Please ensure you send photographs of the outside of the parcel, as well as any damage to the items you’re received – without this, we won’t be able to process a replacement or return.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Customized orders:
We love taking your creative minds and collaborating on custom pieces. It is up to Mimo pottery discretion what kind of pieces can be customized and we will always refuse a custom order copying another artist. Contact us if you have some ideas and we can work together creating your perfect piece!
